Thurston Point is a mixed use retail and residential development on a former industrial estate.

The project, led by Empire Lewisham Developments and London and Quadrant Housing Trust, forms part of the wider Lewisham regeneration within the town centre.

Its key features include commercial and retail space, 406 homes and a 15-storey landmark residential tower. London and Quadrant has provided 42 new build, shared ownership properties under its Shared Ownership Scheme.
