Our vision is to deliver a brand-new flagship Sainsbury’s store for New Cross Gate, 1,500 new high-quality, tenure-blind homes with 35% affordable housing and enhanced green spaces for the local community to enjoy. Additionally, our proposals will not disrupt TfL’s aspirations to extend the Bakerloo Line to New Cross Gate, improving connectivity across the Capital for the community.
